This is a compilation of mini videos containing techniques covered in the monthly classes held by Yumi Takahashi Submission.
Takahashi introduces the techniques that he taught in his monthly classes with a short explanation and only showing the movements, thinking "This is important now! in the videos with short explanations and showing only the movements.
We hope that by watching the videos and imitating the movements, you will be able to incorporate the essence of the most advanced grappling techniques into your martial arts life.

It also includes techniques that have not yet been distributed on the official line. This is a collection of technique clips, 24 minutes in total, which allows you to easily watch many techniques at a reasonable price and not waste your time!

*Please note that this is not a systematic technical instruction for each chapter.
Each clip is a video clip of an instructional session during a class. Please note that there may be some noises in the clips.
